The Season of Shedding: Choosing Alignment at the End of the Astrological Year

On my way to the Beauty Boost Galentine’s event, I could already feel it.
That quiet, reflective energy that always shows up before a shift.
It’s the end of the astrological year (the year of the snake) the season of shedding. This is a time of releasing what no longer fits the woman you’re becoming. And I think my spirit knew that before my mind caught up.
At the event, I had an oil ritual reading by Radiance Astrology. From the moment I walked up to her, she was soo spot on. Not in a vague, surface-level way, but in a way that felt like knew my exact thoughts on my way to the event.
And that’s when it clicked.
Alignment isn’t loud. It’s subtle. It’s the quiet nudge in the car ride there. It’s the discomfort that won’t fully go away. It’s the repeating thoughts that keep resurfacing or forming into dreams. It’s the synchronicities that feel too specific to ignore.
Sometimes growth doesn’t look like adding more.
Sometimes it looks like removing what isn’t in alignment and what doesn’t serve us.
Shedding beliefs.
Shedding habits.
Shedding versions of ourselves that got us here but can’t take us further.
What is your soul gently asking you to release?
